Gary Vaynerchuck on Getting Advertising for Your Blog

OMG does Gary crack me up. I guess I first heard of his Wine Library TV video blog about 6-8 months ago. Sorry, Gary, but I didn't get too into it since my women works in the wine/food industry--so I'm already hearing about wine tasting all the time. Not that there's anything wrong with that!

But his biz/marketing blog kills me. Mostly because he's so animated, but also, because he's soooo right.
